About La Rive Med Spa

A practice built around judgement, not a treatment menu.

La Rive Med Spa exists because aesthetic medicine is easy to sell and difficult to do well. The difference between a result that reads as “rested” and one that reads as “work” is rarely the device. It is the assessment, the restraint, and the order things are done in.

Natural beauty. Elevated.

Why we exist

Most people arrive having been sold to somewhere else.

They come in with a photograph, a list of product names they half recognise, and a quiet worry that they will end up looking like someone else. The consultation usually starts by putting all of that down.

What follows is a clinical conversation: what is actually driving the concern — volume, skin quality, laxity, pigment, muscle movement, or simply fatigue — and which of those is worth treating first. Only then does a treatment get named.

Every plan is written down. You leave with priorities, a sequence, and a timeline, whether or not you book anything that day.

How we practise

The plan comes before the product

We do not open with a price list. A first appointment is spent understanding what bothers you, what you have already tried, and what you want to still look like in five years.

Sometimes the right answer is less

Restraint is a clinical decision, not a discount. Providers here are supported in recommending a smaller treatment, a delay, or nothing at all when that serves the result better.

Sequence over shopping

Most aesthetic outcomes are built in stages — skin health first, then correction, then maintenance. Written plans make that order visible so nothing is bought out of turn.

A relationship, not a transaction

Faces change. So should the plan. We would rather see you twice a year for a long time than sell you everything once.

From a consultation

I left with a plan on paper and one thing to start with.

The team

Licensed clinicians, each with a defined area of focus.

Nobody here treats everything. Matching the provider to the concern is part of the plan — and if the right person for your goal is a colleague, we say so.

The setting

Unhurried, private, and quiet enough to think.

Consultations are scheduled with time in them. Treatment rooms are private, entry is discreet, and nobody is moved along to keep a column full. It is a small practice on purpose.

Maybe it's time to do something for you.
