Demonstration Website

La Rive Med Spa is a fictional demonstration practice created to illustrate capabilities of the Wellness Intelligence Platform™. It is not an operating medical practice. Names, providers, client testimonials, credentials, treatment examples, results, pricing, imagery, and other practice-specific content may be fictional, simulated, modeled, or created specifically for demonstration purposes.

Testimonials displayed on this site do not represent reviews submitted by actual La Rive Med Spa clients. They are fictional examples used to demonstrate how Review Intelligence can classify and place social proof within a med spa’s digital client journey.

In a production implementation for an operating practice, testimonial and review content would be based on that practice’s authorized review and client-feedback sources and would be subject to applicable consent, privacy, advertising, healthcare, and platform requirements.

The practices described below illustrate how an operating practice using the platform would handle information. This demonstration site does not deliver medical care and does not collect real patient medical records.

1. Information We Collect

  • Booking details: services selected, preferred date and time, provider preferences, focus areas, and any health-related notes you choose to share.
  • Order details: products purchased, quantities, shipping or pickup choice, and order history.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, SMS, or through our site.
  • Site activity: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the experience.

All payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor. When you check out, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's own privacy practices are governed by their terms.

5. Email & SMS Communications

Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, shipping notifications, receipts) are sent automatically as part of fulfilling your order or appointment. If you opt in to marketing communications, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Health & Sensitive Information

Health information you share at intake (such as injuries, pregnancy, or contraindications) is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver a safe, appropriate session. It is shared only with the providers involved in your care.

7. Cookies & Basic Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality (such as keeping your cart between visits) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics so we can understand how the site is used and continuously improve it. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers.

We retain booking, order, and contact records for as long as needed to provide ongoing care, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account information at any time, subject to records we are required to retain by law (such as tax or transaction records).
